Foxtail Cafe

After outgrowing our first business venture, Sparrow’s Bakery, we opened Foxtail Café. It was inspired by the rustic scenery and community of Riding Mountain National Park. I learned a lot about myself and my craft over the course of owning and operating this business. I learned a lot of these lessons the hard way, but I will never forget the energy and people that made Foxtail special.
